3622: Professional Services - School District Attorney

The Superintendent or the Superintendent’s designee(s) are authorized to engage the District’s attorney for legal services as deemed necessary or advisable.  The Superintendent or the Superintendent’s designee(s) are authorized to engage other attorneys to represent the District as advisable when a potential conflict of interest is present or when the Superintendent deems it appropriate under the circumstances.
