Members of the Board shall be reimbursed for all necessary expenses incurred in attending any meetings or in making any trips on official business for the School District when so authorized by the Board. Members of the Board may participate in the School District’s hospitalization, medical, surgical, accident, sickness, or term life insurance coverage or any one or more of such coverages as permitted by law and in accordance with District policies and rules.
